For 30+ years our job has been to listen to you, our members, to ensure we’re providing the support, resources, and connections you and your program need to be impactful today and tomorrow. And just as you and your teams adapt and grow with your customers, we are evolving with you.

Expanding Roles and Responsibilities

Over the last 5 or so years, we’ve observed fundamental changes in the way our members work strategically within their organizations. In 2019, we began to hear that corporate executives were asking member program teams to take on other customer-facing programs that also focused on one-to-few, highly curated engagements (Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), Executive Sponsor Programs, Customer Insight Programs, Customer Reference Programs, etc.). This wasn’t surprising to us; our members regularly demonstrate their thought leadership and the impact briefing programs make, so it made sense that executives would ask them to lead these efforts as well.
 
Fast forward to 2025, and it is now common to see member program leaders either be charged with leading CABs, Executive Sponsor Programs, Customer Insight Programs, Customer Reference Programs, etc... or align and work alongside those that do as part of the overall customer engagement strategy.  This has come with the added benefit of engaging your customers at different points along their journey, and allows you to operate more strategically.
 

Evolving Together

As we’ve watched our member programs evolve, we continued to develop the resources needed to support them. Along the way, we realized it was time to evolve our name as well. Why? To better align with the expanding responsibilities of our member programs.
