Call for Spring Conference Session Leaders

At GACEP’s 2026 Spring Conference, we’ll come together to learn from and connect to one another during the largest gathering of briefing and customer engagement professionals in the world. Breakout sessions are the key component to making that connection and learning successful. They offer briefing and customer engagement professionals a unique opportunity to share best practices, explore innovative solutions, and learn how peers are achieving success.

2026 GACEP Spring Conference Details:
  • Date & Location: April 20-22, 2026 in Santa Clara,CA
  • Breakout Session Date: All Breakout sessions take place on April 21st
  • Session Duration Sessions are 75 minutes, but you don’t have to (and shouldn’t) plan 75 minutes of content! We suggest a short presentation, approximately 25-30 minutes, of content related to your program to set the context. Then, facilitate conversation for the remaining 45 minutes. It’s recommended that you ask one or two other members with experience and knowledge on your topic to be in the audience and share their stories to get the conversation going. This approach uses the collaborative formats of today’s briefing and customer engagement programs as its model. Alternative versions of this format are welcome. For ex., an open round table focused on a specific topic or an ‘Ask the Experts’ or ‘Bring Us Your Challenges’ panel can all be variations on the theme. Be creative and have fun!!
  • Session Format: Sessions will be in person only.
