Who we are: Spencer Waldron has spent over 15 years helping people become more confident, human communicators. He co-founded a presentation design agency, helping hundreds of tech companies craft and deliver clearer, more persuasive presentations

He then spent nine years at Prezi, leading storytelling and presentation training for teams across Europe and the US. From keynote stages to closed-door workshops, he delivered hundreds of talks, became the face of Prezi’s global webinar program, and trained their VIP customers in storytelling, presenting, and conversational presenting—a more natural, audience-led approach that he helped pioneer.

He’s also a LinkedIn Learning instructor, a TEDx speaker, and trained in improv comedy, bringing humor and a unique angle into his workshops (especially for active listening) to make learning both practical and fun.

In 2023, Spencer founded Cenrox, focused on helping people build real confidence to lead conversations, not just deliver presentations.

Services we offer: Training Your Discussion Leaders to Lead Conversations—Not Just Presentation

At Cenrox, we specialise in transforming briefing teams into true conversation leaders. Because in the best briefings, customers aren’t just listening—they’re engaging, opening up, and sharing what really matters.

Our focus:
Helping your discussion leaders move beyond slide decks and deliver conversations that inspire, build trust, and support your briefing program’s strategic goals.

What briefing managers ask us to deliver:
  • Every program is tailored: No two briefing teams are the same. That’s why every session is customised to fit your team’s challenges, typical customers, and desired outcomes.

  •  From Slides to Story: How to turn existing decks, case studies, and product content into simple, memorable stories that connect and persuade.

  • Conversational Presenting: Techniques for keeping the conversation at the centre—using slides only when needed, and letting dialogue lead the way.

  • Owning the Deck: Practical methods for taking ownership of pre-built decks (even with little prep time) and adapting in the moment.

  • Planning to Ask Better Questions: How to prepare more powerful, open questions in advance—and how to ask questions that spark insights during the briefing itself.

  • Active Listening in Action: Using improv-inspired techniques to sharpen listening skills and respond naturally and effectively in real-time.

  • Handling Tough Questions: Strategies for managing challenging moments with confidence, without losing control of the discussion.

  • Adapting to Time Cuts: How to pivot when time is suddenly shortened—while keeping customer engagement and key messages intact.

The result?
Your discussion leaders lead smarter, more human conversations that inspire your customers—and deliver real value to your briefing program’s objectives.
