ChaseDesign is a strategic design consultancy built to deliver better human experiences that spark business growth.
We approach the creation and development of innovation centers with a unique combination of human-centered design and business consultancy, and ground each one in deep audience understanding, strategic opportunities, and meaningful storytelling. Our agile, deeply experienced team works end to end, leveraging the best of our multi-functional organization and global network to create physical and virtual innovation centers that deliver persuasive and inventive experiences for visitors and business impact for our clients. For more than 25 years (of our 62 years in business), we’ve been fortunate to partner with exceptional organizations to create physical and virtual innovation center experiences—along the way developing a dedicated and proven practice area that spans the full range of disciplines, capabilities, and activities required for this unique work. We began with centers that continue to reframe the shopper-based value proposition for P&G, Purina, Starbucks, and others, and have grown into other sectors with more recent partnerships with UnitedHealth Group, Mars, and others. In each case, we strive to create a bespoke experience for our clients that can be personalized for visitors and goes far beyond a physical or mobile briefing center or innovation lab. Each becomes a multi-dimensional capability that tells the company’s story in a compelling and meaningful way and works holistically—through space, content, and interaction—to set the right conditions for collaboration, creating genuine and lasting connections with their most important visitors. We are headquartered in the Finger Lakes region of New York, with offices in New York City and Cincinnati, but are also connected to a network of other ChaseDesign and Momentum offices across the world, affording us broad perspective and inspiration to work and activate on an international scale. |
