Certification Program for Briefing and Customer Engagement Professionals
The Certified Customer Engagement Professional (CCEP) program is a customized career development for briefing and customer engagement professionals and is mapped to the Characteristics of World Class Programs.
CCEP (Certified Customer Engagement Professional) Certification
To receive the CCEP (Certified Customer Engagement Professional) certification, complete any of the 12 unique courses listed below. Once achieved, members will:
- Be permitted to add CCEP after their name
- Receive a congratulatory email with their Manager(s) CC'd including
- A digital CCEP certificate
- A digital CCEP certification badge that can be added to their email signature and LinkedIn account
- Be recognized at the GACEP Spring Conference Awards Ceremony
Once CCEP certification is obtained, two workshops (virtual or in-person) or two conferences must be attended every two-year window to maintain the certification.
If changes are made to the course list due to the evolution of World Class in our profession, completed courses will apply toward the 12 completed requirement, even if they are no longer on the course list.
We recommend one of the options for fulfillment listed below due to the instructors’ knowledge of, and customization for, the briefing and customer engagement profession. However, we may give credit if you use other vendors who teach a similar course. Please fax or email a copy of your certificate of completion to GACEP at +1 972-362-1072 or info@gacep.com.
