We hope you enjoyed the start of the GACEP European Conference. A big thanks to the Salesforce team and our vetted Solution Partners for hosting a wonderful Day 1! Below you will find information that will help Wednesday go smoothly for you.

After breakfast on your own, we will meet in AC Hotel Paris Porte Maillot lobby at 07:45 (located at 6 Rue Gustave Charpentier, 75017 Paris, France) and depart at 07:50 sharp to head to IBM France. Please bring your photo ID and wear your GACEP badge. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. If you do arrive late and miss the group's departure, the IBM Innovation Studio Paris is located at 17 Av. de l'Europe, 92275 Bois-Colombes, France. If you plan to meet us at IBM, the group should arrive by 8:30.

Once we arrive, we'll enjoy an IBM program overview and centre tour followed by breakout sessions and workshops focused on topics based on needs specified by the European Community throughout the day. You can find a list of sessions with full session descriptions, times, and rooms in your GACEP app and in your conference agenda.

Breakout Sessions are first-come, first-served—no sign-up required. We recommend reviewing the agenda in advance (and building your personalized schedule in the GACEP app) and arriving early to secure a seat. If sessions you want to attend overlap, don’t worry—slides and any additional materials will be available in the app and web portal one week after the conference.

If you RSVP’d for the full-afternoon Afternoon Analytics CCEP Workshop, your selection was made during registration—check the spreadsheet in the 15 June email to confirm. You must attend the entire 3-hour workshop for CCEP course credit.

We'll end the day with a Solution Partner Showcase reception with fun, food, and drinks where participants can have conversations with GACEP's Solution Partner Members, who are vetted vendor resources serving the global membership. Bonus: your conversations will make you eligible for fantastic prizes! See the game rules and prizes here (we'll give you this printed card at the reception).

Wednesday night is Free Night. Enjoy your evening in Paris. If you need dining recommendations, you can find those in the FAQ section of the app.
