We hope you enjoyed the start of the GACEP European Conference. A big thanks to the Philips and Salesforce teams for hosting a wonderful Day 1! Below you will find information that will help Wednesday go smoothly for you.

After breakfast on your own (included in your Crowne Plaza stay), we will meet in Crowne Plaza lobby at 07:45 (located at George Gershwinlaan 101, 1082 MT Amsterdam) and depart at 07:50 sharp to take a 20-minute walk to the Miro Discovery Center. Please bring your photo ID and wear your GACEP badge. We also suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing an umbrella if weather is inclement. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. If you do arrive late and miss the group's departure, the Miro Discovery Centre is located at Fred. Roeskestraat 100, 1076 ED Amsterdam. If you have not already done so, please complete the pre-registration for Miro that was emailed to you.

Once we arrive, we'll enjoy a Miro program overview and centre tour followed by breakout sessions and workshops focused on topics based on needs specified by the European Community throughout the day. You can find a list of sessions with full session descriptions, times, and rooms in your GACEP app and in your conference agenda. The Miro meeting space map is in the Maps section of the GACEP app.

Conference participants do not sign up for sessions or workshops; they are first come, first served. To ensure you get to attend the sessions you wish, we suggest you review the agenda prior to your arrival to plan your own schedule (you can create your personalized agenda in the GACEP app!) and arrive at each session in plenty of time to find a seat. If some sessions you wish to attend are scheduled in the same time slot, don't worry! One week following the conference, slide decks, and any additional post-session content, will be available in your GACEP app and on the web portal of the app as well.

We'll end the day with a Solution Partner networking reception with fun, food, and drinks where participants can have conversations with GACEP's Solution Partner Members who are vetted vendor resources serving the global membership. Bonus: your conversations will make you eligible for fantastic prizes! See the game rules and prizes here (we'll give you this printed card at the reception).

If you rsvp’d to attend that event, we wish you a wonderful evening continuing the connections. A meet up location was emailed to all who rsvp'd as a yes. If you chose to relax on your own this evening, the conference hotel is located in the most cutting-edge area of Amsterdam and is a great starting point to explore the city’s endless charms. We’ll include suggestions for area shopping and dining in the ‘FAQ’ section of your GACEP app!
