European Conference Day 3 Logistics

Our final day is Tour Day! After breakfast on your own (included in your Crowne Plaza stay), we'll meet in The Crowne Plaza lobby at 08:45 or 9:05 depending on your group. Please wear your name badge and bring your photo ID. The Tour Day Group number on your badge corresponds with the bus you should board. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. If you miss the bus or walking group, host center addresses and timing can be found on the Tour Day Schedule.

• Bus 1 will board at 8:55 and depart at 09:05 sharp.
• Bus 2 will gather at 09:10 and depart (walking) at 09:20 sharp.

Once Tour Day has concluded, we'll return to the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South where we'll have a bit of time to refresh and then we'll meet again in the hotel lobby at 17:40 to board the buses for an 17:50 sharp departure. We'll enjoy great conversation and excellent food and drink while overlooking the entire city and the river IJ. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. If you arrive after the group has departed, please join us at Haparandadam 45-2, 1013 AK Amsterdam.
