European Conference Final Details

GACEP 2025 European Conference
Final Event Details

We are looking forward to seeing each of you 24 - 26 June! Below you will find all the information you need for an enjoyable conference experience.

Please download the GACEP App via iTunes or GooglePlay before arriving at the conference. The GACEP app will allow you to stay connected with up-to-the-minute information every day of the event with useful and collaborative features. Make sure that you use the email address provided during registration when signing in to the app. Attendees will have access to the event beginning 16 June.

The web portal for the app can be found here.

If you do not have a device that runs on iOS or Android, you can still download a final agenda via this link in pdf format for your use at the conference.

You'll receive
daily logistics emails starting Monday, 23 June that detail the following day's events. Meanwhile, there are a few items we need to communicate in order to take care of you to the best of our abilities during the conference.

  • If you're in town Monday night, 23 June... several conference registrants will be attending this Powerpoint Karaoke event and they'd love for you to join them! You can buy tickets here.
  • Conference check-in for those visiting Philips on Day 1 will be Tuesday 24 June from 7:20 - 7:50 at the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South (George Gershwinlaan 101, 1082 MT Amsterdam, Netherlands). Bring your ID.
  • Conference check-in for those who are not visiting Philips on Day 1 will be Tuesday 24 June from 15:00 - 15:20 at Salesforce at Fred. Roeskestraat 100, 1076 ED Amsterdam.
  • Transportation: GACEP will provide bus transportation (or walk in groups if distances are fairly short) to all conference activities after the start of the conference. Conference participants are responsible for their transportation to the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South or Salesforce at Fred. Roeskestraat 100, 1076 ED Amsterdam if you are not attending the Philips portion of Day 1 for conference check-in. It is a short walk from the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South (George Gershwinlaan 101, 1082 MT Amsterdam, Netherlands) if you are staying there. The closest metro station to the hotel (a 5-minute walk) is the Amsterdam Zuid Station.
  • Conference Participant Roster: A copy of the current conference participant roster, minus those who don't wish to share their contact information, will be sent in the final details email. After the conference, we will send a final attendees list (with last-minute additions and cancellations) with the email asking for your conference feedback and other follow-up details.
  • Sessions: Conference participants do not sign up for sessions or workshops; they are first come, first served. To ensure you get to attend the sessions/workshops you wish, we suggest you review the agenda prior to your arrival to plan your own schedule (you can create your personalized agenda in the GACEP app!) and arrive at each session/workshop in plenty of time to find a seat. If some sessions you wish to attend are scheduled in the same time slot, don't worry! One week following the conference, slide decks, and any additional post-session content, will be available in your GACEP app and on the web portal of the app as well.
  • Tour DayYour Tour Day bus assignment can be found on the spreadsheet attached to the Final Details email and in the app. The Tour Day schedule is here. You will have a number on your conference badge indicating your group assignment. Please wear your conference badge and bring your photo ID on Tour Day.
  • Dietary Restrictions: If you provided dietary restrictions during registration, we have communicated those dietary restrictions to conference caterers. If you are served a meal that does not meet your dietary restrictions, simply let a server know you provided dietary information during registration and let them know your restrictions.
  • Dress: All activities are business casual (though feel free to dress casually for the final evening dinner). Layering during conference sessions is recommended. On Wednesday we will walk approximately 20 minutes to Miro. Please wear shoes you are comfortable walking in and pack an umbrella in case of inclement weather.
  • Area Dining & ShoppingWednesday is a free night. Many thanks to all the GACEP Solution Partners in attendance for hosting a free evening networking event for all conference delegates. If you rsvp’d to attend that event, we wish you a wonderful evening continuing the connections. If you chose to relax on your own this evening, the conference hotel is situated near the Amsterdam Zuid Station. Dining recommendations may be found in the app in the FAQ section.
Meanwhile, if you have any questions or further needs as we near the event, please don’t hesitate to contact the GACEP Team at info@gacep.com. We look forward to seeing you next week!
