The Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals (GACEP, formerly ABPM) conferences are excellent professional development venues. And with so many ideas being shared, so much creativity being generated, and so many connections being made, attendees will inevitably leave energized and ready to implement new initiatives that will take their programs to the next level. Maximum attendance for this event is 70 people. Past conferences have sold out so register early! Due to smaller conference capacity, registration is limited to two Solution Partners per company. Breakout Session Content available to Conference Participants via the GACEP app and platform: Following the conference, breakout session content that’s made available by session leaders and conference contributors will be available to registered conference participants on the app and platform.
Informal Pre-Conference Virtual MeetUp: If you’re registered by the Early Bird date (Friday, 16 May), you’ll receive an invitation to a video conference MeetUp which will be held a couple of weeks prior to the event. At the MeetUp, you’ll have a chance to talk with other conference participants as well as get any questions you have answered before attending the conference.
Logistics
Lodging: The Crowne Plaza Hotel Amsterdam South located at George Gershwinlaan 101, 1082 MT in Amsterdam is offering a hotel room block for the 2025 GACEP European Conference. Visit this link to reserve a room in the GACEP Room Block. The discounted rate of 279 EUR per night (breakfast and VAT included, City Tax excluded) is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability and must be reserved by 21 April, 2025. Once all rooms at the conference rate are booked, regular rates will be charged. Book early!
Suggested Airport & Parking: The Crowne Plaza Hotel Amsterdam South is a 15-30 minute drive from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Parking is available under the hotel via QPark at a rate of €35 per day and must be pre-booked to enjoy the above discounted rate instead of their usual €80 per day.
Conference Fee: The European Conference registration fee is $1245 for members, $1595 for non-members (briefing professionals or employees of Solution Partner companies only - vendors must be recommended Solution Partners to attend GACEP events). Four + Discount: Plan to register 4 or more attendees from one company? Email info@gacep.com to receive a 10% off discount code to use during the registration process. All prices are Early Bird prices. After 16 May, the member rate will increase to $1395 and the non-member rate will increase to $1745. During registration, you can pay with credit card (GACEP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) or you can create an invoice to submit to your AP department.
New Membership/Registration Bundle Deal: Receive the first year of membership free with non-member rate conference registration! This offer is only available to those who have never been GACEP members. Dress: All activities are business casual. Layering during conference sessions is recommended.
Payment & Cancelation Policy: To receive the Early Bird Rate, registration fee must be paid by Friday, 16 May, 2025. You are registered at the time you receive a conference confirmation email from GACEP. Due to commitments for catering and transportation, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds/credits or void outstanding invoices for cancelations received after Friday, 30 May, 2025. However, substitutions may be made at any time with the same type of registration (member vs. non-member). Cancelation and substitution notices must be received via email to info@gacep.com. All registration fees must be paid prior to Wednesday, 18 June 2025.
