Customer Engagements are high-stakes business opportunities for dialogue and decision-making. A neutral Facilitator serves as a customer advocate as well as an intermediary between the customer, sales team, and discussion leaders. They help ensure that the customer experience is relevant, compelling, and engaging. A skilled facilitator can make a difference in the outcome of an engagement. This workshop is designed to enhance the ability of briefing and customer engagement professionals or other identified talent from across the business to masterfully lead a customer-centric engagement

  • Beginning, Middle, Ending (BME model) overview
  • Practice Beginnings and Endings
  • Managing the Middle
    • Transitions to/from discussion leaders
    • Linking subjects to voice of customer/objectives
    • Crafting engagement-driving questions
    • Facilitating customer responses
  • Practice Managing the Middle
  • Wrap up discussion
Deliverables:
  • GACEP Core Competencies Course (CCC) credit

Virtual Workshop Fee: The price for this virtual workshop registration is $399 for members, $545 for non-members (briefing professionals or employees of Solution Partner Member companies only - vendors must be recommended Solution Partner Members to attend GACEP events). During registration, you can pay with credit card (GACEP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or you may create an invoice to submit to your AP department.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: Registration fee must be paid by Friday, August 8th, 2025. You are registered at the time you receive a conference confirmation email from GACEP. Due to commitments to the instructor regarding class minimums, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds/credits or void outstanding invoices for cancellations received after Friday, August 1st, 2025. However, substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellation and substitution notices must be received via email to info@gacep.com.
