We are looking forward to welcoming you to Atlanta for this year’s Fall Workshop Series. A detailed preliminary agenda for the event will be available in early July 2025. Maximum attendance for this conference is 130 and GACEP Conferences regularly sell out so we recommend registering early! 

100% of 2023 Fall Workshop Series participants responding to the conference feedback survey said they were likely or extremely likely to recommend the conference to a colleague (88% said they were extremely likely to recommend).

• Networking and relaxing with fellow Briefing Professionals during the Welcome Reception on Monday night, before valuable educational sessions over the following two days.

• Hard work and lots of fun during four in-depth half-day workshops on subjects of importance to Briefing Professionals, where attendees will come away with fantastic tools and ideas for their programs. Workshop descriptions can be found in the preliminary agenda that will be posted in July of 2025.

Core/Advanced Competency Courses: The Competency Curriculum is intended to benefit those briefing professionals working to develop their careers in the profession. GACEP is pleased to continue offering these courses that focus on the training and development of briefing professionals at this Fall Workshop Series. Advanced Level courses do not require completion of the core courses and can be taken at any time. Core Competency Courses offered during this Workshop Series are indicated in the session titles with a “CCC” (Core Competencies Course) or "ACC" (Advanced Competencies Course). GACEP maintains records of completion (members can monitor their records via their online profiles), and once you’ve completed any core competency course, the GACEP will apply credit to your GACEP profile and provide you with a digital certificate of completion upon request.

The Carolina Inn, located at 211 Pittsboro St. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is the primary location of the 2025 GACEP Fall Workshop Series. Reservations with the GACEP room block can be made via this link when it becomes available June 2025. The block rate will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability until cut-off date. However, once all rooms blocked at the conference rate are booked, regular rates will be charged. Book early!

Airport and Parking: This information will be available in June or July of 2025.

Conference Fee: The price for Fall Workshop Series registration is $1,245 for members, $1,595 for non-members (briefing professionals or employees of Solution Partner Member companies only - vendors must be recommended Solution Partner Members to attend GACEP events). All prices are Early Bird prices. After August 22, the member rate will increase to $1,395 and the non-member rate will increase to $1,745. During registration, you can pay with credit card (GACEP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) or current members can create an invoice to submit to your AP department. If you are not a current member and need an invoice, please email info@abpm.com

Multiple Registrant Discount: To receive the discount code for 10% off each registration fee when four (4) or more people from the same company will attend, please email info@gacep.com.
 
New Membership/Registration Bundle Deal:  Receive the first year of membership free with non-member rate conference registration! This offer is only available to those who have never been GACEP members. Main Solution Partner members do not qualify for this offer, however additional employees from a current Solution Partner Member company are eligible.
 
Dress: All activities are business casual. Layered clothing is recommended while in hotel meeting rooms. 

Payment and Cancellation Policy: To receive the Early Bird Rate, registration fee must be paid by Friday, August 22, 2025. You are registered at the time of email confirmation of GACEP’s receipt of your registration form. Due to commitments for catering and transportation, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds/credits or void outstanding invoices for cancellations received after Friday, September 12, 2025. However, substitutions may be made at any time with the same type of registration (member vs. non-member). Cancellation and substitution notices must be received via email to info@gacep.com. To assure admittance, registration fees must be paid prior to Friday, October 10, 2025.
