GACEP Connnects are a series of regionally-focused gatherings for briefing and customer engagement professionals across Europe. The goals are to continue to build a strong local peer network and community, as well as to introduce area non-member companies with customer engagement programs to the unique value of the GACEP community. Maximum attendance for this event is 50 people; we encourage you to register early! Due to a smaller capacity, registration is limited to one Solution Partner per company, and all Solution Partner companies that attend will divide the cost of the event amongst themselves. Customer Engagement professionals will take registration priority.

Preliminary Agenda
We are excited to explore a fun and valuable new format with this GACEP Connect: the "Unconference". This concept is designed to be open, interactive, and shaped by the people in the room (you!). Instead of a fixed agenda and long presentations, the sessions are driven by participant input and shared interests. Topics are proposed together, discussions are highly interactive, and everyone is encouraged to contribute. This format creates space for honest dialogue, practical problem-solving, and collective learning, making it especially effective for exploring complex topics, exchanging real-world experiences, and building meaningful connections. So put your thinking hats on, and be ready to lead and/or be heavily involved in conversations around your own topics!

Registration Cost and Deadline
Registration is free to Customer Engagement Professionals. Only vetted GACEP member Solution Partners may attend, and only one person may attend from each Solution Partner company to give priority to Customer Engagement professional participants. Solution Partner companies that attend will divide the cost of the event amongst themselves

Registration will close at the end of the day on Monday, 9 March 2026, to allow us to provide the Miro and Salesforce catering teams with final counts and dietary restrictions.
