The Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals (GACEP, formerly ABPM) conferences are excellent professional development venues. And with so many ideas being shared, so much creativity being generated, and so many connections being made, attendees will inevitably leave energized and ready to implement new initiatives that will take their programs to the next level. Maximum attendance for this event is 70 people. Past conferences have sold out so register early! Due to smaller conference capacity, registration is limited to two Solution Partners per company. Briefing professionals will take registration priority.

Breakout Session Content available to Conference Participants via the GACEP app and platform: Following the conference, breakout session content that’s made available by session leaders and conference contributors will be available to registered conference participants on the app and platform. 

Informal Pre-Conference Virtual MeetUp: If you’re registered by the Early Bird date (Friday, 15 May), you’ll receive an invitation to a video conference MeetUp which will be held a couple of weeks prior to the event. At the MeetUp, you’ll have a chance to talk with other conference participants as well as get any questions you have answered before attending the conference.
