We are looking forward to welcoming you to Chicago for this year’s Fall Workshop Series. A detailed preliminary agenda for the event is available above. Maximum attendance for this conference is 130 and GACEP Conferences regularly sell out so we recommend registering early!

Certification Courses: For decades, the Fall Workshop Series has been the only conference offering certification courses customized for the training and development of briefing and customer engagement professionals. This past year, we announced an evolution of the program — the “Certified Customer Engagement Professional (CCEP)” designation. So, in addition to exchanging ideas with some of the best in the business and visiting two well-regarded member programs and centers, Fall Workshop Series registrants have the opportunity to take four certification workshops in just two days — making great progress toward their CCEP designation. GACEP keeps records of completion, which members can monitor via their online profiles. The Renaissance Schaumburg is the primary location of the 2026 GACEP Fall Workshop Series. The block rate of $236/nt plus tax will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability until cut-off date. However, once all rooms blocked at the conference rate are booked, regular rates will be charged. Book early!

Airport and Parking: The Renaissance Schaumburg is 12.6 miles from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). Garage Parking is complimentary to guests and Valet parking available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Overnight valet parking is $24. Parking charges are subject to change. Priority is given to overnight Guests.

Customer Engagement Professionals

• Early Bird Pricing (Register on or before February 20th): $1,345 for members and $1,695 for non-members
• February 21st and after: $1,495 for members and $1845 for non-members

Solution Partners (Employees of Solution Partner Member companies only - vendors must be recommended Solution Partner Members to attend GACEP events)

• Early Bird Pricing (Register on or before February 20th): $1,845 for members and $2,195 for non-members
• February 21st and after: $1,995 for members and $2,345 for non-members

During registration, you can pay with credit card (GACEP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or you can create an invoice to submit to your AP department.
 
New Membership/Registration Bundle Deal:  Receive the first year of membership free with non-member rate conference registration! This offer is only available to those who have never been GACEP members. Main Solution Partner members do not qualify for this offer, however additional employees from a current Solution Partner Member company are eligible.
 
Dress: All activities are business casual. Layered clothing is recommended while in hotel meeting rooms. 

Payment and Cancellation Policy: To receive the Early Bird Rate, registration fee must be paid by Friday, September 11, 2026. You are registered at the time of email confirmation of GACEP’s receipt of your registration form. Due to commitments for catering and transportation, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds/credits or void outstanding invoices for cancellations received after Friday, September 25, 2026. However, substitutions may be made at any time with the same type of registration (member vs. non-member). Cancellation and substitution notices must be received via email to info@gacep.com. To assure admittance, registration fees must be paid prior to Friday, October 16, 2026.
