We're looking forward to welcoming you to Chapel Hill tomorrow for the start of the 2025 GACEP Fall Workshop Series!

Please download the GACEP App via iTunes or GooglePlay prior to arriving at the conference. The GACEP app will allow you to stay connected with up-to-the-minute information every day of the event with useful and collaborative features. Make sure that you use the email address provided during registration when signing in to the app.

If you do not have a device that runs on iOS or Android, you can still download a final agenda via this link in pdf format for your use at the conference.

Primary Conference Location: The Carolina Inn is at 211 Pittsboro St, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.

Conference check-in will be 2:00 – 5:30 pm on Monday, September 29th in the Pre-Function space outside of the Hill Ballroom South on the Lobby Level. A hotel map can be found in the app. If you miss conference check-in, feel free to join us for the opening welcome reception in the Hill Ballroom Central from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Find an GACEP team member and we'll be happy to retrieve your badge.

Newcomers Orientation 5:00 – 6:00 pm hosted by Derse in Hill Ballroom South, Lobby Level: If this is your first GACEP conference, this orientation is a great opportunity to learn how to best navigate the conference, get to know your fellow first-timers, and meet members of GACEP’s Advisory Board. We'll also take a Fall Class of 2025 group photo!

From 6:00 – 8:00 pm, come enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres and beverages during the Welcome Reception in the Hill Ballroom Central at the Carolina Inn. If you missed the conference check-in, please find an GACEP team member who will be happy to retrieve your conference materials during the reception or at the Tuesday morning breakfast in the Old Wellroom on the 1st Floor.

A reminder that if you are staying in the GACEP block at the Carolian Inn, WiFi is free of charge in your guest rooms. Meeting space Wifi is sponsored by ENVOY. Credentials will be provided during conference check-in.
