We hope you had a great day today and you're looking forward to the second full day of the GACEP Fall Workshop Series tomorrow. Just like today, breakfast tomorrow will be served in Old Well on the 1st floor beginning at 8:00 am.
The first workshops of the day will start promptly at 9:00 am. Please review the 'My Agenda' section in your GACEP app for your customized course list with room assignments. To allow workshops to begin on time, please plan to arrive a few minutes early and remember to bring your tent cards to each workshop. Workshop leaders will take roll for Certification Course (CC) credit; please work with them to make sure you are counted as attending. Please do not switch workshops without first checking in with GACEP Team. Workshop rooms have been set for pre-registered participants, and seating is limited. Switching without requesting with the GACEP team will result in registered workshop attendees not having a seat for their pre-registered coursework.
At Noon, we'll enjoy lunch in Old Well that is Sponsored by Nanolumens.
Afternoon workshops will begin again promptly at 1:00 pm.

Following your afternoon workshop, you'll have some downtime until you meet us in the Hill Ballroom Foyer for an evening of North Carolina BBQ & Bluegrass. You do not need to change or wear your badges to this evening event, though you are welcome to dress more casually if you'd like. The reception is outdoors so we suggest low heeled shoes as well as checking the weather forecast to consider a jacket or umbrella. Please arrive on time as the buses will board on schedule at 5:50 and depart at 6:00 sharp. Please be on time to avoid being left behind.
One note for Thursday: We'll be returning to the hotel from Tour Day by 12:15 pm. If you'd like to request a late check-out, please speak to the hotel's front desk as soon as possible as there is limited availability due to a large number of expected arrivals on Thursday.
