We hope you had fantastic Wednesday workshops and a wonderful evening of BBQ & Bluegrass! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow morning for Tour Day.
A Grab-and-Go breakfast of breakfast burritos, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and water will be available for you to enjoy (and take if needed) beginning at 6:45 am in Old Well on the 1st Floor.
Buses will board from the Old Well at 7:15 am and depart sharply at 7:25 am.
The group number in your GACEP app and on your badge indicates which bus you should board. Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid being left behind. Please remember to wear your badges and bring a photo ID. You can find the Tour Day Schedule here and in your GACEP app under FAQ. If you are running late and are left behind, addresses for each tour location can be found in the FAQ section of your GACEP app.
We'll return to the hotel by 12:15 pm. Luggage may be stored in Old Well until we return. If you'd like to request a late check-out, please speak to the hotel's front desk as soon as possible as there is limited availability due to a large number of expected arrivals on Thursday.
Watch your GACEP app for timely logistical alerts. And don't forget to post about your favorite conference moments in the app's Community Board!
