We are looking forward to seeing each of you next week! Below you will find all the information you need to help your conference experience be a smooth and enjoyable one.
Please download the NEW MyABPM App via iTunes or GooglePlay prior to arriving at the conference. The MyABPM app will allow you to stay connected with up-to-the-minute information every day of the event with useful and collaborative features. Make sure that you use the email address provided during registration when signing in to the app.
***Important: This is a new version/provider of the app for 2024. If you have not downloaded the new app for the Spring or European Conference, you will need to uninstall any previous download of the MyABPM app first.***

If you do not have a device that runs on iOS or Android, you can still download a final agenda via this link in pdf format for your use at the conference.
Conference check-in will be 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Monday, October 14th in the Pre-Function space next to the Buckhead Ballroom on the Lobby Level. A hotel map can be found in the app. If you miss conference check-in, feel free to join us for the opening welcome reception in the Buckhead Ballroom from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Find an ABPM team member and we'll be happy to retrieve your badge.
As we near the event, there are a few items to note that will help us take care of you to the best of our abilities during the conference.
- Newcomers Orientation 5:00-6:00 pm hosted by Derse in Woodruff: If this is your first ABPM conference, this orientation is a great opportunity to learn how to best navigate the conference, get to know your fellow first-timers, and meet members of ABPM’s Advisory Board.
- Your Workshop Choices and Participant Roster: Please check the workshops you chose during registration now to confirm those are the workshops you wish to take. You do this by viewing your course list in the "My Agenda" section of the app or via the conference participant link that was included in the "Final Details" email. If you wish to change workshops, please email info@abpm.com by EOB Thursday, October 10th.
- Dietary: If you provided special dietary requirements during registration, we've informed our various conference caterers. If something is served that doesn't meet your dietary needs, just let a server know your requirements.
- Tour Day: Your Tour Day group assignment can be found in the conference participant link that was included in the "Final Details" email. The Tour Day schedule is here. You will have a number on your conference badge indicating your bus assignment. Bus 1 will board at 7:20 am from the lobby and depart at 7:30 am sharp. Bus 2 will board at 7:25 am from the lobby and depart at 7:35 am sharp. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. We will return to the Westin Buckhead Atlanta by 12:30 pm.
- Free Night and Area Dining: Don't have plans on the free night but would like to get together with fellow conference participants for a Dutch treat dinner? You can sign up via this form (please sign up by Saturday, October 12th EOD and only sign up if you're sure you'll attend). You'll also find a list of area dining in the FAQ section of your MyABPM Conference App.
- Primary Conference Location: The Westin Buckhead Atlanta is at 13391 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326 and is the primary location of the 2024 ABPM Fall Workshop Series.
- Free Wifi in guest rooms and meeting space: If you are staying at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta, your guest room Wifi is free of charge. Meeting space Wifi is sponsored by ENVOY. Credentials will be provided during conference check-in.
- Dress: Dress throughout the entire conference is business casual. During the conference, we recommend that you dress in layers for sessions as hotel meeting room temperatures can vary greatly.
