Solution Partners

Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals (GACEP, formerly ABPM) Solution Partners are fully vetted companies that support briefing and customer engagement programs. In order to be a GACEP Solution Partner Member, the company must be recommended by a current Primary or Associate (briefing/customer engagement professional) GACEP Member whose program has recently completed a project with the prospective Solution Partner company and who would be willing to enthusiastically recommend that company to their fellow peers based on that work. The company must also demonstrate annually that they are continuing to learn about, and provide solutions for, the current unique challenges of briefing and customer engagement programs in a way that aligns with the GACEP Community's Core Values.
