Solution Partner Showcase Participant Information
Space assignments for the upcoming Solution Partner Showcase on March 31st at the GACEP Spring Conference in Austin can be found here. This is the page we will share with the wider GACEP membership, so please proof your company name, core services description, and prize listing. Please see below for important details about your space. If A/V, electricity, etc. are needed, you must order that in advance directly through the hotel. To guarantee power, please order a power strip through the Encore AV Order Form link.
Every year it is a challenge to assign spaces based on many factors. Primary considerations are making sure Sponsors have premium spaces as part of their sponsor benefits, keeping in mind what we know about each Solution Partner’s setup, and distributing service types around the room. We appreciate your understanding of that challenge and your willingness to work with your neighbors.
The event will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm directly after the Opening General Session on Monday, March 31st in the Zlotnick Ballroom 4/5/6 of the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. Set-up time on the day of the Solution Partner Showcase will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. With no exceptions, all Solution Partner spaces must be set up by 12:00 pm to avoid noise during the Opening General Session. Tear down should begin promptly after the end of the event (7:00 pm).
For those who are new, these are 10x10 (with 1 exception), which you fill (unless you requested a table and chairs). There is no pipe and drape (except for the spaces in the middle of the room). You can see photos of the 2024 Solution Partner Showcase in Santa Clara in the photo album here.

- For any AV items or extension cords for power (monitors, laptops, cables, etc) please use the "Encore AV Order Form" link on the right side of the page no later than Friday, March 14th (however, the earlier the better).
