Spring Conference Day 1 Logistics

 

   
We look forward to welcoming you on Day 1 of the GACEP Spring Conference tomorrow! Below, you will find information that will help the day go smoothly for you. 

The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is the primary location of the 2025 GACEP Spring Conference and is located at 1900 University Ave, Austin, TX 78705.

Transportation & Parking: The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is a 15-20 minute drive from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Parking is $38 overnight and $21 for the day.

Please download the GACEP app via iTunes or GooglePlay prior to arriving at the conference. The GACEP app will allow you to stay connected with up-to-the-minute information every day of the event with useful and collaborative features. Make sure that you use the email address provided during registration when signing into the app. ​

If you do not have a device that runs on iOS or Android, you can still download a final agenda via this link in pdf format for your use at the conference.

• Conference check-in will be 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31st in the Zlotnik Pre-function area of the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. A hotel map can be found here. If you miss check-in, join us for the opening general session in Zlotnik Ballroom 1/2/3. Following the general session, there will be a manned GACEP table with remaining conference badges outside of Zlotnik Ballroom 4/5/6 during the Solution Partner Showcase from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
• If you’re a first-time attendee, please plan to attend the Newcomer’s Orientation starting at 1 pm on Monday, March 31st in Guadalupe on the 4th Floor in Rowling Hall. During the orientation, you'll meet your fellow newcomers and the GACEP Advisory Board Members, and you'll learn how to best navigate the conference.
• Opening General Session 2:00 - 5:00 pm in Zlotnik Ballroom 1/2/3 sponsored by Hyperquake: Join us as we kick off the conference with opening remarks from GACEP President Elizabeth Simpson, 10+ Year Member Awards, Connections, and "Story Sprints" where GACEP Members will share the Trials, Triumphs, and Trends of Customer Engagements. 
• Solution Partner Showcase Reception 5:00 - 7:00 pm Zlotnik Ballroom 4/5/6 sponsored by AVI-SPL: This reception celebrates GACEP’s vetted Solution Partners and is designed to meet your information needs! During the evening, briefing and customer engagement professionals will enjoy heavy hors d‘oeuvres and beverages, collaborate with GACEP Solution Partners to solve their top challenges, and become eligible for prizes in the process!
