Spring Conference Day 2 Logistics

     
We hope you had a fantastic first day of the 2025 GACEP Spring Conference!

Tomorrow, breakfast, sponsored by Dimensional Innovations, will be served in Zlotnik Ballroom 3/4 from 8:00 - 9:00 am.  A hotel map can be found here.
 
Breakout Sessions will begin at 9:00 am. You can find a list of sessions with full session descriptions, times, and rooms via your GACEP app. If you don't have a device that runs on iOS or Android, a pdf agenda can be found here. We do our best to provide plenty seating, however sessions are first come-first served so if you have high interest in one or more sessions, we recommend you arrive early to make sure you get a seat. As a reminder, we recommend layered clothing for your comfort. Breaks will be at 10:15 am and 2:15 pm in the Zlotnik Ballroom foyer.

Lunch will be served from noon to 1 pm in Zlotnik Ballroom 3/4.

Don't forget to post on LinkedIn using #GACEP and throughout the conference. Of course, you can post directly on the GACEP app Community Board as well!  And don't forget to check the GACEP Facebook Page regularly for conference photos.
