Spring Conference Day 3 Logistics

     

We hope you had a wonderful day of breakout sessions and wish you a great evening!

For tomorrow, a Grab & Go breakfast will be served according to the group schedule below in the Tejas Dining Room on the Lobby Level of the hotel. Boarding buses will be announced from Tejas.

• Groups 1, 2 & 3 breakfast available at 7:50 am, board at 8:35 am, and depart sharply at 8:50 am
• Group 4 breakfast available at 8:15 am, boards at 9:00 am, and departs sharply at 9:15 am
• Group 5 & 6 breakfast available at 8:30 am, boards at 9:15 am, and departs sharply at 9:30 am

Bring your photo ID and wear your badge for center security. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. Look for the 'GACEP Group Number' sign that matches the Group number on your badge to know which bus to board. The Tour Day schedule is here and in the FAQ section of your GACEP app.

After returning from tours around between 3:00 and 3:35 pm depending on the group, you will have time to return to your rooms and change. Join us for an evening celebrating your colleagues and the end of what we hope has been a terrific conference for you. You do not need to wear your badges at the gala (we all know each other by now), but if you have dietary restrictions please bring the dietary card we inserted into the back of your badge to place at your table! Buses will board at 5:30 from the Conference Center lobby near Tejas (the same area we left for the morning's Tour Day) and depart as they load (no later than 5:45) for a Diamonds and Denim celebration at Brazos Hall. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. If you miss the bus or are local and want to meet us there, you can catch us at 204 E 4th St,  Austin, TX 78701 
 
Don't forget to post on LinkedIn using #GACEP throughout the conference. Of course, you can post directly on the GACEP app Community Board as well! And don't forget to check the GACEP Facebook Page regularly for conference photos.

We are so glad you've been with us for the 2025 Spring Conference and hope to see you again at the European Conference 24 - 26 June in Amsterdam and/or the Fall Workshop Series September 29 - October 2 in North Carolina.
