Tour Day Track: Cloudera and Zoom
Cloudera - Strategically situated at the Silicon Valley HQ in San Jose, the Cloudera Customer Briefing Center (CBC) is a premier flagship destination designed to host and accelerate the most critical customer engagements through a white-glove, high-touch experience. This “small but mighty” briefing program excels at doing more with less, providing a bespoke journey that begins long before the guest arrives—from tailored agenda curation and executive speaker alignment, to seamless onsite hospitality. The sophisticated environment serves as a physical bridge between customers’ business goals and Cloudera’s engineering excellence, fostering a space where guests feel like true partners in innovation. While the center reflects the premier brand, the story of its creation is one of resourcefulness; navigating the unique re-branding restrictions of a sub-leased space required creative ingenuity.

The center balances a strong emphasis on sustainability as a LEED Gold-certified space while featuring the latest in technology. Examples include an 80-foot ambient Lens Wall, which offers visitors an immersive experience; and a 180-Degree Discovery Showcase, a next-generation showcase with an interactive, multi-touch, curved LED screen, providing a dynamic and engaging visual experience that can be customized for each guest during demonstrations and workshops.
