Since the emergence of COVID19, you as ABPM members have been shifting how you accomplish briefings in order to do what’s best for your customers, colleagues, and companies. As part of this shift, we’ve heard from several members asking for guidelines around best practices for virtual briefings. As this was becoming clear, Ellen Barnes-Pfiffner called us because she was already scheduled to lead a breakout session at the Spring Conference focused on “Extending your Program in the Field and Virtually”. She offered to do it virtually for ABPM members now. We worked together to ask a few community thought leaders to join a call and provide the main nuggets of information we think are important as you alter existing briefings and schedule new virtual briefings.
